Mochlos Beach Villa harmonises with its natural setting, stone, light, sea. The architecture opens every space to the outside, dissolving the line between in and out.
A wide terrace, balconies on every floor, and a view over the sea, the beach and the island compose a second living room, as alive as the interior, facing the Aegean. Three floors, three bathrooms, five beds across three air-conditioned bedrooms, and the village's seven tavernas a short walk from the front door.
Spaces & Rooms
- King-size Coco-Mat mattress, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, private balcony with panoramic sea view — the room we built for ourselves first.
- Wooden floor, sloped ceiling, double + single bed configuration, ensuite shower, and a private sun-balcony where you can disappear with a book all afternoon.
- Basement level with windows, recently renovated. One double bed and one single bed, ensuite shower — ideal for kids or a third couple.
- A large, bright living-kitchen with dining corner. A wide front window opens onto the sea balcony, the back door leads to a shaded passage through the garden. Every room is air-conditioned.
- Three private balconies, one per floor, plus a wide seafront terrace just across the village road, partially shaded by trees, a short walk down to the beach and the tavernas. View of the sea, the beach and Mochlos island.

Annali’s home (and Mochlos in general) is absolutely magical. Just a stunning space (even the coffee cups are elegant!) in a spectacular location. Mochlos is so special and this was the perfect place to experience it. Annali is so responsive, warm, welcoming , and helpful. She and Odi made us feel like family. We would stay here again and again and again and again.
This was a last minute booking after our hotel canceled us. We couldn’t believe our luck. Beautiful well maintained home directly across the street from a swimable beach. The town of Mochlos is charming with great restaurants. We did day trips to Spinalonga and vai beach. Owners were very responsive and helpful. They even gave us great dining recommendations for our next destination.
We spent a week at this beautiful place with our toddler and the grand parents- we loved it. The house has everything you need, amazing views and a great interior design. Communication with Anneli was excellent. We would love to come back !
Very comfortable and well equipped house in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to a good selection of tavernas. The outdoor terrace was a wonderful spot for breakfast, lunch and evening drinks - shady and cool with stunning views. The hosts were very helpful.
