Host & yoga teacher
Annali
“I always meet you on arrival. Always.”
Lives in Mochlos year-round. Trained as a yoga teacher in Mysore. Cooks with whatever the morning market offers. Speaks four languages but listens in all of them.
How it started
We are a family of designers, Annali, Odi and Oliver, who came to Mochlos for the simplicity, stayed for the people, and never quite left.
We love good food and cooking, travelling, and meeting people from every corner of the world. We enjoy sharing and exchanging experiences, and we're thankful for every chance to meet someone new.
We host five handpicked homes across Mochlos and Tertsa, each with its own garden or terrace on this coast. When you walk in, it feels like a dream, very simple, very spacious. We hope to meet you.

Owner — Beach Villa
“I designed every line of this house, then I let the village finish it.”
Designed and built the flagship Beach Villa over four years. Splits his time between Crete and Tel Aviv. Architect by training, cook by passion.

Host — Tertsa
“The south coast doesn't ask anything of you. It just opens.”
Looks after the south-coast hideaway above Lambros taverna. Came for a summer in 2014, never left. Knows every cove between Tertsa and Lentas.
How we host
We answer the door. We pour the welcome drink. We know when you arrived and how you slept. The person who picks up your message is the same person who hands you the keys.
We don't optimise for turnover. We optimise for the moment you stop checking your phone. After three days, you'll wonder why you ever wore a watch.
Every taverna we send you to, every fisherman, every olive grower — they are our neighbours. Your stay feeds the village, not a corporation.
Linen sheets, not minibars. Espresso, not breakfast buffets. The good things, never the loud ones. Real, not performed.
Mochlos teaches you to stop hurrying. After three days, you wonder why you ever wore a watch. After seven, you notice the bench above the chapel that nobody else sits on. After fourteen, you know which fisherman has the best octopus and which night the moon turns the bay silver. We give you the keys. The village gives you the rest.
Come spend a slow week with us.
