    Within the hour, you'll receive your full reservation details, payment receipt and a small note from us.

    A welcome guide, seven days before arrival

    We'll send you a curated note on Mochlos — the best taverna of the moment, the boat that's running this week, the small things only locals know.

  3. 03

    Your check-in code, 24 hours before

    For self check-in properties, the lockbox code arrives the day before. For Shale and Tertsa, we'll be there in person.

  4. 04

    We're here, anytime

    A question between now and your arrival — about the journey, the village, what to pack — write to us on WhatsApp. We typically reply within a few hours.
